It took me awhile to write this post because there really isn't that much that one can say about reviews.  The truth is that good ones make you feel euphoric and bad ones make you feel like crap.




I think the real question for writers is whether or not to read your reviews.

Post-Release Post #2: Readers

So now it's been almost two months since my book came out. It has been a crazy whirlwind.  I have to say that the strangest part about having your book published is this:  everyone you know reads it.  And I do mean every one.


People you never thought would read it--they read it.  People who are self-professed non-readers?  They read it.  People who haven't read a book in 10 years?  They read it.  Your 82 year old grandmother?  Yeah, she read...
